Rhino — the value-focused carbon cue brand — has expanded its Nebula series with a new playing cue landing under the $400 mark, putting a carbon shaft within reach of league players who don't want to spend flagship money.
What's new
The Nebula 2 pairs a full carbon shaft with a Uni-Loc joint and a 12.4mm tip diameter, matching the Predator REVO 12.4 spec, at roughly a quarter of the price. The butt uses a simple no-wrap design with a matte finish.
The catch
At $369, compromises live in the details: the finish quality and feedback are a step below the $1,000-plus carbon cues, and there's no matching break cue in the line yet. Still, for players curious about carbon who can't justify a REVO, it's the most affordable credible entry point we've seen.
